We use the Italian Softneck variety grown here at Big Dam Farm which has a full rich flavour great for slow cooking French and Italian cuisine.

Our braided garlic contains 12 bulbs of garlic.
Braided garlic keeps best hanging in a cool dry place. Stores well for up to 8 months.

Braids are a great gift idea for the cooking friend.
